The company was founded and started its activity in March 1992. It has been registered at the local Commercial court basically for the management of all financial and administrative activities relevant to Limited Liability Companies (LLC)

Through the years, in addition to this basic activity, the company has developed a series of complementary activities as:

  • - accounts book-keeping for artisans and one-person companies
  • - accounting for non-profit organizations
  • - tax consulting services
  • - tax forms preparation for personal income
  • - administrative and computer based services

Born as a one-person company, with the founder as the only employee, during the almost 20 years of existence the size of the company has gradually increased. Today it employs a total of 7 people, mainly with an economic and financial background, from High-school to University level.
In addition to basic training and professional experience, our personnel is skilled in information processing and electronic data management as the only method for interacting with all Institutions: tax offices, banks etc.
We are able to handle foreign clients as we fluently speak Italian and English.
Twenty years after its foundation, starting from a small rented office and through a progressive expansion and subsequent changes of location, today our company has offices in ownership (completely furnished/equipped and with optimal working conditions) located at the entrance of Cittanova, in an area well served and with ample parking, easily accessible.
